摘  要:针对某A型地铁车辆在干燥轨面条件施加纯空气制动过程中出现的滑行现象,文章开展了相关分析与试验研究,通过对静态制动推出力等参数的测试验证、动态制动试验的开展,以及滑行数据的分析与规律总结,得出导致车辆滑行的原因是轮轨间进入了一定量的闸瓦粉尘,并对闸瓦粉尘影响车辆滑行的过程进行分析论证,提出解决措施。This paper conducts relevant analysis and experimental research on the sliding phenomenon of a certain A-type metro vehicle during the application of air braking under dry rail condition.Through testing and verifying parameters such as static braking pressure force,conducting dynamic braking tests,and analyzing and summarizing sliding data,it is concluded that the reason for vehicle sliding is a certain amount of brake shoe powder entering between the wheel and rail.The process of brake shoe powder affecting vehicle sliding is analyzed and demonstrated,and solutions are proposed.
