摘 要:文章以轨道交通车辆典型承载件起吊板作为研究对象,面对减重要求及制造成本的压力,提出一种碳纤维复合材料起吊板替代方案,从理论分析方法、成型工艺和试验验证等多方面进行了设计和改进优化,其中,为应对碳纤维复合材料平铺模压成型构件易开裂的问题,创新性地提出了0°环向缠绕与包覆铺设相结合的铺层工艺。对碳纤维复合材料起吊板进行无损检测和拉伸试验测试,最终结果显示,该起吊板完全满足承载要求,实现轻量化65%,抗拉伸性能明显增强。This paper takes the lifting plate,which is a typical load-bearing part of rail transit vehicles,as the research object,and puts forward an alternative scheme of carbon fiber composite polymer lifting plate in the face of the pressure of weight reduction requirement and manufacturing cost.It carries out design and improvement optimizations from the aspects of theoretical analysis method,molding process and experimental validation,etc.Among them,in order to cope with the problem of easy cracking of the flat lay-up molding components of carbon fiber composite polymer,a laying process combining 0°circumferential winding and cladding laying is innovatively proposed.The non-destructive testing and tensile test of carbon fiber composite polymer lifting plate are carried out.The final results show that the lifting plate fully meets the bearing requirements,realizes 65%lightweight,and the tensile performance is obviously strengthened.
