静电喷涂工艺在铁路机车涂装中的应用研究

摘  要:国内铁路机车生产行业的涂装大多采用高压无气喷涂和混气喷涂,存在油漆利用率低、环保性差等问题,而静电喷涂可解决上述问题。文章首先介绍了静电喷涂的原理,并将静电喷涂工艺开发为样板静电喷涂工艺参数摸索试验、构架静电喷涂工艺参数验证、车体静电喷涂工艺参数验证三个阶段;然后按照上述三个阶段进行静电喷涂工艺试验,并对工艺参数进行应用研究,确定静电喷涂最佳工艺参数;最后对静电喷涂的应用效果进行了评估,结果表明,静电喷涂可提升涂层质量、涂料利用率、环保效益和作业效率。High pressure airless spraying and mixed gas spraying are mostly used in the coating of domestic railway locomotive production industry,which has the problems of low paint utilization rate and poor environmental protection.Electrostatic spraying can solve the above problems.This paper first introduces the principle of electrostatic spraying,and the electrostatic spraying process is developed into three stages:the sample electrostatic spraying process parameter exploration test,the frame electrostatic spraying process parameter verification,and the car body electrostatic spraying process parameter verification.According to the above three stages,the electrostatic spraying process test is carried out,and the process parameters are applied to determine the optimal process parameters of electrostatic spraying.Finally,the application effect of electrostatic spraying is evaluated.The results showed that electrostatic spraying can improve coating quality,coating utilization rate,environmental protection benefit and operation efficiency.
