摘 要:贯通道是地铁车辆的关键组件,为了提高其安装效率、降低劳动作业强度,需要设计一种结构简单的连挂辅助工装。现有的连挂辅助工装结构不够灵活,搬运不方便,且使用过程中固定支点不够稳定。针对这些问题,文章研究了现有的B型地铁车辆贯通道连挂辅助工装的结构和强度,并对其进行了优化设计和有限元分析验证。优化后的连挂辅助工装减重约21%,能够满足贯通道连挂时的使用需求。新的连挂辅助工装搬运方便,可有效减轻作业人员的劳动强度,减少作业人数。The gangway is a key component of metro vehicle.In order to improve its installation efficiency and reduce the labor intensity,it is necessary to design a simple coupling auxiliary equipment.The existing coupling auxiliary equipment structure is not flexible enough,and the handling is not convenient.Farther,the fixed fulcrum is not stable enough in the process of use.In view of these problems,this paper studies the structure and strength of the existing coupling auxiliary equipment for B-type metro vehicle gangway,and carries out optimization design and finite element analysis verification.The weight of the optimized coupling auxiliary equipment is reduced by about 21%,and it can meet the use requirements when connecting the gangway.The new coupling auxiliary equipment is convenient to carry,which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the number of workers.
