摘　　要：超声造影(CEUS)无电离辐射、无肾毒性、安全性高,具有可动态实时成像等优势,适用于对儿童泌尿生殖系统病变进行观察及随访。经静脉CEUS显示微循环灌注能力好,可用于评估和随访肾脏局灶性病变、移植肾及肾外伤等;经尿道或经膀胱CEUS能较好地显示尿路形态,可用于检测先天性泌尿生殖系统异常。本研究围绕CEUS用于常见儿童泌尿生殖系统疾病的进展进行综述。Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)has no ionizing radiation,no nephrotoxicity but high safety,with advantages of real-time imaging and so on,being suitable for observation and follow-up for genitourinary system diseases in children.Transvenous CEUS has good ability for observation on microcirculatory perfusion,which can be used to evaluate and follow up focal renal lesions,transplanted kidneys,renal traumatism,etc.,while transurethra or transbladder CEUS can display the morphology of urinary tract,which can be used to detect congenital genitourinary abnormalities.The application progresses of CEUS in common genitourinary system diseases in children were reviewed in this article.
