人参五味子汤加减联合调肺运脾小儿推拿法对儿童咳嗽肺脾气虚证的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人参五味子汤加减联合调肺运脾小儿推拿法对儿童咳嗽肺脾气虚证的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月毕节市中医医院收治的80例肺脾气虚证咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,应用抽签法将所有患儿分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组患儿在常规西医治疗基础上增加人参五味子汤加减联合调肺运脾小儿推拿法治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分及炎症因子水平变化,并对比两组患儿治疗过程中出现的不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿主症、次症中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患儿主症、次症中医证候积分水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患儿TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿均无明显不良反应发生,且不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人参五味子汤加减联合调肺运脾小儿推拿法可提升肺脾气虚证咳嗽患儿的临床疗效,减轻临床症状,降低机体炎症反应水平,安全性较高。Objective To explore the application effect of Ginseng Schisandra Chinensis Decoction plus lung and spleen regulating infantile massage on children with cough,lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with lung temper deficiency and cough admitted from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research subjects,and all children were divided into observation group and control group by lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group to take conventional western medicine treatment,observation group of children on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment increase of ginseng joint lung spleen massage treatment,compare two groups of children with clinical curative effect,before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and inflammation factor level change,and compare the two groups of children in the process of treatment of adverse reactions.Results The total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the comparison of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment,the score level of TCM syndrome in both groups was decreased,And the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment,TNF-α,CRP-and IL-6,And the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Neither group had significant adverse effects,There was no significant difference in the comparison of adverse effects(P>0.05).Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Ginseng Schisandra Chinensis Decoction combined with lung and spleen regulating infantile massage can improve the clinical efficacy of children with cough of lung spleen deficiency syndrome,alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory reaction of the body,and has high safety.
