摘　　要：目的总结巴戟天抗抑郁的药理作用及复方制剂等方面的研究进展,为巴戟天的临床应用和中医药治疗抑郁症的现代研究提供思路。方法通过整理、分析国内外巴戟天的相关研究文献,探讨巴戟天及其复方制剂治疗抑郁症的药理活性、作用机制。结果巴戟天中所含的巴戟天寡糖、巴戟天多糖以及巴戟甲素有抗抑郁的作用,目前已知的抗抑郁中药制剂有巴戟天寡糖胶囊,还有将巴戟天寡糖胶囊与米那普仑、舍曲林、阿戈美拉汀等临床上联合使用治疗抑郁症,并且联合用药疗效比单独使用抗抑郁药物好。结论研究资料表明,巴戟天确有抗抑郁作用,且巴戟天寡糖胶囊已经在临床上应用,但巴戟天在抑郁症的治疗上还有很大的发展空间,需要不断的开拓和挖掘。OBJECTIVE Summarize the research progress of the pharmacological effect of antidepression and compound preparation,and provide ideas for the clinical application of Morinda Officinalis How and the modern research of TCM treatment of depression.METHODS Through the collation and analysis of the relevant research literature,the pharmacological activity and action mechanism of Morinda Officinalis How and its compound preparation for depression were discussed.RESULTS Morinda Officinalis How contains oligosaccharides,polysaccharide and antidepressant effect,currently known antidepressant drugs and oligosaccharide capsules,and the oligosaccharide capsule and minapriam,sertraline,agomelatine in clinical treatment of depression,and the combination effect is better than using antidepressants alone.CONCLUSION The research data show that it does have an antidepressant effect,and its oligosaccharide capsule has been used in clinical practice,but there is still a lot of room for development in the treatment of depression,which needs to be continuously explored and excavated.
