平凉市学龄前儿童监护人家庭用药安全素养与认知行为研究

摘　　要：目的通过调查、统计分析平凉市现阶段学龄前儿童监护人家庭用药中安全用药的素养和认知水平现状,分析平凉市学龄前儿童监护人家庭用药过程中存在的问题,探讨学龄前儿童监护人安全用药的内涵与要求,为平凉市儿童家庭用药过程中监护人能安全实施用药提供依据和参考。方法随机抽取平凉市500例儿童的监护人为调查对象,收回有效问卷共401份,有效问卷收回率为80.20%。结果学龄前儿童监护人在抗生素的使用、中药毒副作用、不良反应的理解方面等还存在错误认识。结论平凉市儿童监护人在安全用药知识认知度方面还有待提高,医疗机构等相关部门应加大安全用药宣传力度、加强药物不良反应的宣教与监测;药品生产厂家通过优化药品说明书的格式、字体等方式提高药品说明书的可读性和理解性;临床药师通过提供专业的儿童用药咨询、加快儿童专用药物的临床试验研究、研发药物新剂型等方式保障儿童用药安全,提升儿童监护人的安全用药水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate and statistically analyze the current status of the literacy and cognitive level of safe medication among guardians of preschool children in Pingliang City,analyze the problems existing in the family medication process of preschool children guardians in Pingliang City,explore the connotation and requirements of safe medication for preschool children guardians,and provide a basis and reference for guardians to safely implement medication during the family medication process of preschool children in Pingliang City.METHODS 500 guardians of children in Pingliang City were randomly selected as the survey subjects,and a total of 401 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective questionnaire response rate of 80.20%.RESULTS There are still misunderstandings among guardians of preschool children regarding the use of antibiotics,the toxic side effects of traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding of adverse reactions.CONCLUSION Children′s guardians in Pingliang City still need to improve their awareness of safe medication knowledge.Medical institutions and other relevant departments should increase their efforts to promote safe medication and strengthen the education and monitoring of adverse drug reactions;Drug manufacturers improve the readability and comprehension of drug instructions by optimizing their format,font,and other methods;Clinical pharmacists ensure the safety of pediatric medication by providing professional pediatric medication consultation,accelerating clinical trial research of pediatric specific drugs,developing new drug formulations,and improving the level of safe medication for pediatric guardians.
