摘 要:目的研究设计信息化PIVAS交班系统并评价其有效性。方法用PaaS应用依据某三甲院PIVAS交班标准开发交班系统并部署使用,分别对系统使用前后交班记录人员的记录合格率与质量管理人员数据整理汇总平均用时进行比较。结果信息化PIVAS交班系统记录合格率较之前显著提高(χ^(2)=26.547,P<0.05),质量管理人员整理汇总平均用时明显低于手写的交班记录(t=19.584,P=0.000)。结论信息化PIVAS交班系统规范了交班术语与记录内容,提升了PIVAS交班质量和效率。该系统可为PIVAS管理者提供运营大数据,辅助管理者全面了解PIVAS运营状态。OBJECTIVE To study and design the informational PIVAS shift handover system and evaluate its effectiveness.METHODS To develop and apply the handover system based on the criteria available in the hospital by employing the software PaaS,then compare the passing rate recorded before and after the system is employed with the data produced by quality analysts.RESULTS The pass rate of the informational PIVAS shift handover system records was significantly higher than before(χ^(2)=26.547,P<0.05),and the quality management analysis summary time was significantly lower than that of the handwritten shift handover records(t=19.584,P=0.000).CONCLUSION Terms and records are regulated further,work efficiency and quality are enhanced remarkably in the context of informatization of handover system in PIVAS through PaaS.The newly-developed system provides administrators with considerable and valuable data for operating and assist them to have a comprehensive picture of operation in PIVAS effectively.
