摘  要:采用TADF有机发光材料TPA-DCPP作为掺杂客体,电子传输材料B3PYMPM作为主体,有效利用mCP/B3PYMPM界面激基复合物向TPA-DCPP的能量传递,制备了高效深红色有机电致发光器件.当TPA-DCPP掺杂质量分数为20%时,器件的发光峰位于658 nm,其最大外量子效率达7.88%,对应的CIE色坐标为(0.631,0.363);进一步提高TPA-DCPP的掺杂质量分数至25%时,器件呈现较好的深红光发射,其发光峰红移至674 nm,最大外量子效率为5.5%,对应的CIE色坐标为(0.651,0.341).该结果为实现高性能深红色OLEDs提供了一种有效的途径.Highly efficient deep-red fluorescent organic light-emitting diodes(DR-OLEDs)was fabricated by doping a red thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)emitter 7,10-Bis(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-2,3-dicyanopyrazino phenanthrene(TPA-DCPP)into an electron transport host of 4,6-bis(3,5-di(pyridin-3-yl)phenyl)-2-methylpyrimidine(B3PYMPM),which facilitated the energy transfer from mCP/B3PYMPM interface exciplex to TPA-DCPP.In these DR-OLEDs,the different doping concentrations of TPA-DCPP in B3PYMPM were optimized.With doping 20%TPA-DCPP into B3PYMPM,a deep red OLED is achieved with an electroluminescence(EL)peak at 658 nm and the corresponding Commission Internationale de L Eclairage(CIE)coordinate of(0.631,0.363),and maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 7.88%.Moreover,the EL peak of DR-OLED red-shifts to 674 nm and its CIE is(0.651,0.341)at the maximum EQE of 5.50%by increasing doping concentration of TPA-DCPP into 25%.These results provide an effective way to obtain high-performance DR-OLEDs.
