摘 要:溶液处理法制备的钙钛矿发光二极管(PeLEDs)具有非常好的商业前景与应用潜力,但在开发具有加工再现性的工艺提升上仍存在挑战.本文提出了一种延迟退火工艺调节钙钛矿薄膜的成核与结晶,有效改善了钙钛矿薄膜表面质量,控制了钙钛矿薄膜表面上的孔洞.结果表明:延迟退火的钙钛矿薄膜拥有更长的载流子寿命,发射峰稳定;器件中可以减少发光层的非辐射复合概率,最大亮度可达到18370 cd/m^(2),最大外量子效率可达12.72%.The perovskite light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)prepared by solution processing method have great commercial prospects and application potential.However,there are still challenges in developing a process with good reproducibility.In this paper,a delayed annealing process to adjust the nucleation and crystallization of calcium titanium oxide thin films was proposed,which could effectively improve the surface quality of the films and controlling the holes on the surface.The results show that the calcium titanium oxide thin films treated with delayed annealing have longer carrier lifetime and stable emission peak.The non-radiative recombination probability in the emitting layer of the device can be reduced,and the maximum luminance can reach 18370 cd/m^(2)with a maximum external quantum efficiency of 12.72%.
