摘  要:为探究大型工厂车间火灾疏散安全性及疏散效率,以某工厂车间为研究对象,选用Revit软件构建物理模型,结合火灾模拟软件(Pyrosim)研究温度、能见度和一氧化碳(CO)体积分数等参数对人员疏散的影响,并通过人员疏散逃生模拟软件(Pathfinder)进行测评,对比分析可用安全疏散时间与必需安全疏散时间,确定大型工厂车间火灾安全性.结果表明,能见度是影响工厂车间人员能否全部安全疏散的主要因素.通过增加机械排烟装置和扩宽楼梯,改善了人员疏散的客观条件,从而提高火场的能见度和加快人员疏散速度,最终缩短人员疏散耗时,使得人员在能见度未到达危险状态前逃离现场.大型工厂车间预防火灾蔓延、合理设计人员疏散路径和保证人员安全疏散提供了参考.In order to explore the safety and efficiency of fire evacuation in large-scale factory workshops,a physical model was constructed using Revit software.The fire simulation software(Pyrosim)was used to study the effects of temperature,visibility,and carbon monoxide(CO)volume fraction on personnel evacuation.The evaluation was conducted using the personnel evacuation simulation software(Pathfinder)to compare and analyze the available and necessary safe evacuation times,determine the fire safety of large factory workshops.The results indicate that visibility is the main factor affecting the safe evacuation of all personnel in the factory workshop.By adding mechanical smoke exhaust devices and widening stairs,the objective conditions for personnel evacuation have been improved,thereby increasing the visibility of the fire scene and accelerating the evacuation speed,ultimately shortening the evacuation time and allowing personnel to escape the scene before the visibility reaches a dangerous state.The above research results provide reference for preventing fire spread,designing personnel evacuation routes reasonably,and ensuring personnel safety evacuation in large factory workshops.
