摘  要:利用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件对紫外光固化进行建模和仿真,探究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度和氧气浓度对紫外光固化反应速度的影响。仿真结果表明:随着单体浓度和引发剂浓度的增加,反应逐渐加快;而随着氧气浓度的增加,反应先加快而后减慢,即氧阻聚现象。通过PEGDA水凝胶紫外光固化实验验证了单体浓度与反应速度的关系。COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software was used to model and simulate UV-curing,and the influence of monomer concentration,initiator concentration and oxygen concentration on UV-curing reaction speed was explored.It was verified that the reaction gradually accelerated with the increase of monomer concentration and initiator concentration,while the reaction first accelerated and then slowed down with the increase of oxygen concentration,namely oxygen inhibition.The relationship of monomer concentration and reaction speed is verified by PEGDA hydrogel UV curing.
