范围综述方法在中文护理期刊发文现状的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 本文旨在探讨范围综述方法在国内护理领域的应用现状及发展趋势。方法 采用文献计量学分析法,借助Citespace 6.2.R4对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)建库至2023年12月30日的范围综述相关文献的载文情况、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果 本研究共纳入268篇文献;2016年发表第1篇范围综述后,自2020年开始相关文献数量近呈指数上升趋势增长;论文多发于护理领域高质量核心期刊;研究机构以华中科技大学、中国医学科学院北京协和医学院、复旦大学护理学院等为主,研究领域为循证护理实践领域、临床护理领域、护理教育领域,热点关键词有“循证护理”“安宁疗护”“教育”“脑卒中”等。结论 范围综述方法在中文护理期刊的发文量呈上升趋势,研究内容较分散,尚未形成研究板块间的网络。在未来研究中,首先应打破合作壁垒,促进机构、作者之间的交流合作,同时应更深层次地探讨研究领域内容,丰富研究角度,并规范研究汇报。Objective To explore the application status and development trend of scoping review methodology in Chinese nursing journals.Methods Bibliometric analysis method was used to visually analyze the publication status,authors,institutions,and keywords of the scope review literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from inception to December 30,2023 with the help of Citespace 6.2.R4.Results A total of 268 articles were included in this study.After the first scope review was published in 2016,the number of literature the number of relevant publications had been increasing exponentially since 2020.The papers were mostly published in high-quality core journals in the field of nursing,and the research institutions were mainly Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences&Peking Union Medical College,and Fudan University,etc.The research fields were evidence-based nursing practice,clinical nursing,and nursing education,and the hot keywords were"evidence-based nursing","hospice care","education","stroke",etc.Conclusions The publication number of scoping review method in Chinese nursing journals is on the rise,the research content is relatively scattered,and little network has been formed.In the future research,we should break the cooperation barriers,promote the communication and cooperation between institutions and authors.Moreover,we should explore the content of the research fields at a deeper level,enrich the research perspectives,and standardize the research report.
