摘 要:随着国家环保力度的增加和建筑行业的快速发展,天然砂的开采越来越受限制,天然砂已处于供不应求的状态,骨料的问题已是制约预拌混凝土行业发展的最大难题。三种砂在粒径和级配上都各有优缺点,但是单独使用其中的某一种砂配制混凝土,混凝土的性能不易满足要求。经试验分析得出结论:使用三种砂搭配的混凝土对比纯天然砂配制的混凝土在一定程度上可以改善混凝土的和易性,增强混凝土的流动性,可以提高混凝土的强度以及抗渗性。With the increase of national environmental protection efforts and the rapid development of the construction industry,the mining of natural sand is increasingly restricted,the supply of natural sand has failed to meet demand,and the problem of aggregate has become the greatest problem restricting the development of ready-mixed concrete industry.Three kinds of sand have their advantages and disadvantages in particle size and gradation,but the performance of concrete prepared using single sand cannot meet the requirements.Through the testing and analysis,it is concluded that,compared with concrete prepared using natural sand,concrete prepared using three kinds of sand can improve the workability of concrete,enhance the fluidity of concrete,and improve the strength and impermeability of concrete to a certain extent.
