摘　　要：本文结合MGCP协议的基本情况,主要对MGCP协议实现VOIP进行研究,完成对MGCP协议VOIP优点的合理分析。并以MGCP协议为基础,促使在具体工作中能满足MGCP协议实现VOIP的功能作用发挥,满足通信的基本需求。Combined with the basic situation of MGCP protocol,this paper mainly studies the implementation of VOIP by MGCP protocol,and completes a reasonable analysis on the advantages of VOIP by MGCP protocol.Based on the MGCP protocol,the MGCP protocol can be used to realize the function of VOIP and meet the basic needs of communication.
