摘 要:本文介绍了630MW机组NK63/71型给水泵汽轮机的设备特点,以国能宁海电厂4号机组为例,对4B给水泵汽轮机运行中出现的低压调节阀开度异常、阀位波动问题及由此产生的危害进行分析,经设备解体检查发现调节阀杆防转销脱落是造成调节阀开度异常的原因,通过对阀芯组件修复及加固防转销处理使该问题得以解决。消除了给水泵汽轮机运行中的安全隐患。This paper introduces the equipment characteristics of NK63/71 feed water pump steam turbine control valve of 630MW unit,takes the No.4 unit of the CHN Energy Ninghai Power Plant as an example to analyze the abnormal opening of low-pressure control valve,the fluctuation of valve position and the resulting hazards in the operation of the 4B feed water pump steam turbine.The dismantling inspection of the equipment shows that the anti-rotating pin dropping of the control valve spindle is the cause of abnormal opening of control valve,and can be solved by repairing the valve core component and reinforcing the anti-rotation pin treatment,which eliminates the potential safety hazards in the operation of feed water pump steam turbine.
