摘　　要：在信息技术越来越多地应用于事业单位管理的背景下,人事管理也应实现信息化管理。本文对事业单位人员管理进行需求分析,设计完成了事业单位人员管理系统,包括人员信息管理、考勤休假管理、考核管理、工资福利管理、教育培训管理五个模块。系统优化了事业单位人事管理的流程,能够减少线下管理成本,提升人事管理的工作效率。In the context of the increasing application of information technology in the management of public institutions,personnel management should also achieve information-based management.This article analyzes the needs of personnel management in public institutions,designs five modules of the personnel management system for public institutions,including personnel information management,attendance and leave management,assessment management,salary and benefits management,and education and training management.The system has optimized the process of personnel management in public institutions,reduced offline management costs,and improved the efficiency of personnel management.
