摘  要:针对目前大部分胡萝卜产区在间苗、播种、收获等重要环节仍需投入大量人工,导致产投比大大降低的问题,渭南市农业科学研究院致力于研发胡萝卜全程机械化栽培技术,发布了陕西省地方标准《胡萝卜机械化栽培技术规程》,并在陕西省胡萝卜主产区进行推广应用。技术主要涉及的关键环节包括机械化整地起垄、气吸精量播种、水肥一体化及机械化采收,有效规范了胡萝卜的机械化栽培技术,使得田间机械化程度最高可达85%,基本实现了全程机械化种植,同时每667m^(2)可降低生产成本400元,提高商品率15%,每667 m^(2)纯收入较传统人工种植可增加0.34万元。In response to the problem that most carrot production areas still require a large amount of manual labor at important stages such as thinning,sowing and harvesting,resulting in a significant reduction of input-out ratio,Academy of Weinan Agricultural Sciences committed to the research and development of whole-process mechanized cultivation technologies of carrot,released the local standard of'Regulation of Carrot Mechanized Cultivation Technology'in Shaanxi province,which was applied and promoted in the main carrot production areas of Shaanxi province.The key technologies mainly involved mechanized land preparation and ridging,air suction precision seeding,integration of water and fertilizer and mechanized harvesting,which effectively standardized the mechanized cultivation technology of carrots,making the maximum mechanization level in the field reach up to 85%,basically achieving the whole-process mechanized planting.At the same time,it could reduce production costs by 400 yuan per 667 m^(2),increase commodity rates by 15%and increase net income by 3400 yuan per 667 m^(2) compared with traditional manual planting.
