椭圆形尾缘对跨音速叶栅气动性能的影响与优化

摘  要:为了研究椭圆形状尾缘对跨音速叶栅损失的影响,对具有不同椭圆形状尾缘的叶栅进行CFD验证分析。结果表明:出口马赫数在0.9~1.4范围内,椭圆离心率增大有利于减小跨音速叶栅的叶型损失,离心率接近1.0时叶型损失最小;跨音速叶栅的二次流损失和叶顶泄漏损失随着离心率的增大先减小后增大,但不同出口马赫数下二次流和叶顶损失的最佳椭圆离心率不同,均与出口马赫数呈反比例线性变化;对某一扭叶动叶片的尾缘椭圆离心率径向分布进行优化,相比于圆形尾缘,优化后的叶栅总损失减小4.3%,其中叶型损失减小9.6%、二次流损失增加3%、叶顶泄漏损失减小1.6%。To investigate the impact of elliptic trailing edge on transonic cascade losses,the cascades with different elliptic trailing edge were simulated by CFD.The results showed that in the range of outlet Mach number 0.9~1.4,the elliptic eccentricity increased could reduce the blade profile loss of transonic cascades,the blade profile losses is minimum when the elliptic eccentricity close to 1.0.The secondary flow losses and tip leakage losses of transonic cascades decreased first and then increased with the increase of elliptic eccentricity,but the optimal elliptic eccentricity of the secondary flow losses and tip leakage losses were different which show the inversely proportional to outlet Mach number.By optimizing radial distribution of the elliptic eccentricity for a twisted dynamic blade,the total loss of the optimized cascade was reduced by 4.3%compared to the circular trailing edge.Specifically,the blade profile loss decreased by 9.6%,the secondary flow loss increased by 3%,and the tip leakage loss decreased by 1.6%.
