多项目管理在水库移民后期扶持项目中的应用

摘　　要：随着我国水库移民项目的种类和数量逐渐增多,后期扶持项目的管理难度也越来越大。为做好水库移民管理工作,以兰陵县会宝岭水库移民项目为例,在阐述多项目管理概念及优越性的基础上,以实例验证其在水库移民后期扶持项目中的可行性。With the increasing number and types of reservoir resettlement projects in China,the management difficulty of late-stage support projects is also growing.To effectively manage reservoir resettlement projects,taking the example of the Huibaoling Reservoir resettlement project in Lanling county,this paper elaborates on the concept and advantages of multi-project management,and validates its feasibility in late-stage support projects for reservoir resettlement through practical examples.
