摘  要:为保证河流的生态环境,春洲水电站需保有不低于15 m3/s的生态流量。而电站为轴伸贯流定桨式机组,其水轮机运行范围狭窄,在生态流量时脱离水轮机运行工况区便无法发电,浪费了大量的水能资源。为解决该问题,2022年春洲电站采用高油压桨叶调节装置,对原水轮机进行定桨改转桨的技术升级。改造后的机组在生态流量下具有80%以上的效率,既能满足生态流量要求,又保证了电站经济效益的提升,可为有同类问题的电站提供参考。To ensure the ecological environment of the river,the Chunzhou Hydropower Station must maintain an ecological flow of no less than 15m³/s.However,the station uses shaft-extended tubular turbine units with a narrow operational range.When the flow drops to the ecological level,the turbines fall outside their optimal operating conditions and cannot generate electricity,leading to a significant waste of water resources.To address this issue,in 2022,the Chunzhou Hydropower Station implemented a high oil pressure adjustment system,upgrading the original turbines from fixed-blade to adjustable-blade technology.After the retrofit,the units achieve over 80%efficiency at the ecological flow rate,meeting the ecological flow requirements while enhancing the station’s economic benefits.This upgrade can serve as a reference for other hydropower stations facing similar issues.
