摘 要:衬砌混凝土结构层界面波传播过程复杂,传统方法不能准确识别混凝土内部缺陷。对此提出基于冲击回波法的隧道衬砌混凝土内部缺陷识别方法。用激振源敲击混凝土构件表面,采集弹性波P波,计算P波传播波速及频率,通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)获取频谱交流分量。分析所有频谱信号(回波信号),获取空洞缺陷、蜂窝缺陷两种识别结果。由实验验证结果可知,冲击回波法识别空洞缺陷、蜂窝缺陷最大波幅误差分别为0.020 m、0.005 m,能够准确识别混凝土内部缺陷。The propagation process of interface waves in lining concrete structures is complex,and traditional methods cannot accurately identify internal defects in concrete.Therefore,a method based on the impact-echo technique for identifying internal defects in tunnel lining concrete is proposed.An excitation source is used to strike the surface of the concrete component,and the P-wave elastic wave is collected.The P-wave propagation velocity and frequency are calculated,and the spectral AC components are obtained through Fast Fourier Transform(FFT).By analyzing all the spectral signals(echo signals),the identification results for void defects and honeycomb defects are obtained.Experimental validation results show that the maximum amplitude errors for identifying void defects and honeycomb defects using the impact-echo method are 0.020 m and 0.005 m,respectively,demonstrating the method’s accuracy in identifying internal defects in concrete.
