摘　　要：会风建设关系着党的执政基础和良好政党形象的塑造,关系着党和国家事业的兴衰成败。新时代,厘清党的会风建设的理论逻辑、历史逻辑、现实逻辑,整体把握党的会风建设的本质与发展方向,持续推进会风建设的常态化长效化,意义重大。从理论逻辑来看,马克思主义群众观、实践观、会风观揭示了持续加强党的会风建设的缘起,为新时代党的会风建设提供了理论指导和行动指南。从历史逻辑来看,中国共产党会风建设的历史实践推动着马克思主义会风建设不断中国化时代化,为新时代党的会风建设提供了宝贵经验。从现实逻辑来看,新时代加强党的会风建设,要在群众参与中发扬民主精神、要在调查研究中树立求实作风、要在建章立制中生成长效机制。The construction of conference style is related to the shaping of the ruling foundation of the Party,the good image of the party,and the success or failure of the cause of the Party and the State.In the new era,it is of great significance to clarify the theoretical logic,historical logic and realistic logic of the Party's conference style construction,grasp the essence and development direction of the Party's conference style construction as a whole,and continue to promote the normalization and long-term development of the conference style construction.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the Marxist mass view,practice view and conference style view not only reveal the cause of the problem of continuous strengthening of the Party's conference style construction from the theoretical level,but also provide theoretical guidance and action guide for the Party's conference style construction in the new era.From the historical logic point of view,the practice of the CPC's conference style construction promotes the construction of Marxism's association style to be continuously sinicized and modernized,and provides valuable historical experience for the construction of the Party's association style in the new era.From the realistic logic point of view,to strengthen the construction of the Party's conference style in the new era,we must carry forward the spirit of democracy in the mass participation,establish a truth-seeking style in the investigation and research,and generate a long-term mechanism in the establishment of rules and systems.
