摘 要:目的探讨传统鼻饲法与机械摇晃法在呼吸重症鼻肠管患者鼻饲给药中的应用效果。方法选取呼吸重症监护室2022年6月至2023年6月收治的80例留置鼻肠管患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统鼻饲法,实验组采用机械摇晃法,比较两组患者首次鼻饲给药后灌注器内残留药物量、鼻肠管堵管例数、溶解药物的温开水用量。结果实验组患者首次鼻饲给药后灌注器内残留药物量、鼻肠管堵管例数均低于对照组,溶解药物的温开水用量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论机械摇晃法与传统鼻饲法相比,更适用于呼吸重症鼻肠管患者鼻饲给药,可减少混悬药液残留量及溶解药物温开水用量,减少了患者的摄水量,有利于避免鼻肠管堵管和降低鼻肠管非计划性拔管及管道重置率。Objective To explore the application effects of traditional nasal feeding and mechanical swinging methods in nasal feeding administration for severe respiratory disease patients with nasal-enteric tubes.Methods Eighty patients with indwelling nasal-enteric tubes admitted to the respiratory intensive care unit from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Using a random number table,the patients were divided into a control group(using traditional nasal feeding)and an experimental group(using mechanical swinging).The study compared the residual drug volume in the perfusion apparatus,the incidence of nasal-enteric tube blockage,and the amount of warm water used to dissolve medications after the first nasal feeding between the two groups.Results The experimental group had a lower residual drug volume in the perfusion apparatus,a lower incidence of nasal-enteric tube blockage,and a lower amount of warm water used to dissolve medications compared to the control group after the first nasal feeding.These differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to traditional nasal feeding,mechanical swinging is more suitable for nasal feeding administration in critically ill patients with nasal-enteric tubes.It can reduce the residual volume of drug solution,the incidence of nasal-enteric tube blockage,and the amount of warm water used to dissolve medications.This approach can decrease patient water intake,prevent unplanned extubation of nasal-enteric tubes,and reduce the rate of tube repositioning.
