摘 要:目的探讨雨课堂联合思维导图教学模式在神经外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年6月在我院神经外科见习的80名五年制临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40名。实验组采用雨课堂联合思维导图教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,通过两组学生的专业考核成绩、自主学习能力评估和教学满意度调查进行教学效果分析比较。结果实验组学生在专业理论考试和临床综合能力考核方面的成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生在学习自主性、学习兴趣和学习态度等方面的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组学生在教学满意度调查中对教学模式和教学课程安排的满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论雨课堂联合思维导图教学模式在神经外科见习教学中的效果优于传统教学模式,可提高学生的理论教学效果和临床综合素质,提高教学满意度,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力的提高。Objective To investigate the effect and value of rain classroom teaching combined with mind mapping mode in clinical teaching of neurosurgery.Methods From September 2022 to June 2023,80 five-year undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine who were experiencing internship training in our department were selected as the research objects.The students were divided into experimental group(rain classroom teaching combined with mind mapping mode)and control group(traditional teaching mode)and were taught the same content of common diseases in neurosurgery,40 students in each group.The effect of the teaching mode was evaluated through the examination,self-study ability and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of the theoretical examination and clinical comprehensive ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of independent learning ability,learning interest and improving learning attitude(P<0.05).In the teaching satisfaction survey,the experimental group was satisfied with both the teaching mode and the course arrangement which scores were both higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of rain classroom teaching combined with mind mapping mode in clinical teaching of neurosurgery has significantly advantages over the traditional teaching method,which is helpful to improving the theoretical teaching effect and clinical comprehensive quality of students,enhancing teaching satisfaction and stimulating students'learning interest and improve their independent learning ability.
