德氏乳杆菌与嗜热链球菌ISL3家族转座子的比较与分析

摘  要:对存在于德氏乳杆菌(Lactobacillus delbrueckii)和嗜热链球菌(Lactobacillus delbrueckii)中的3类ISL3家族转座子进行了筛选和定位,确定了各自的反向重复序列(IRs)和其外部的正向重复序列(DRs).观察到3类转座子的IRs有部分相同(5’-GGCTCTATAATTT-3’//5’-TTGACAAAGAGCC-3’),碱基A和T丰富的8 bp的DRs中保守碱基均为第5位T.3类转座子中,转座酶之间约30%的相同性,与IRs的部分相同性以及对最保守碱基的识别有关.分析结果为后续进行相关的分子实验与研究或建立简单转座子的数据库打下基础.In this study,three types of ISL3 family transposons in Lactobacillus delbrueckii and Streptococcus thermophilus are screened and localized.Their inverted repeat sequences(IRs)and external direct repeat sequences(DRs)were determined.Notably,the IRs of the three types of IRs partially shared the sequence 5'-GGCTCATAATTT-3'//5'-TTGACAAGAGCC-3',and the 5th T was identified as the most conserved base in the 8 bp AT-rich DRs.Approximately 30%similarity among the three types of transposases in the ISL3 family transposons was attributed to the partial similarity of IRs and the recognition of the most conservative base of DRs.These findings will serve as a foundation for subsequent molecular experiments,research,or the establishment of a database on simple transposons.
