摘  要:研究基于分布式光纤传感技术的碳纤维复合芯导线缺陷识别方法,有效采集导线应变信息,提升导线缺陷识别效果。创新性地根据偏振光时域反射原理,利用分布式光纤传感技术采集碳纤维复合芯导线应变信息;通过经验小波变换提取应变信息特征;利用自适应t分布改进的麻雀搜索算法,优化径向基神经网络权值,确定最佳径向基神经网络结构;按照邻近原则聚类应变信息特征,输出导线缺陷识别结果。实验证明:有无扰动时,该方法均可有效采集碳纤维复合芯导线应变信息,抗干扰效果较优;该方法可有效提取并聚类应变信息特征,精准识别导线缺陷。The method of carbon fiber composite core wire defect identification based on distributed optical fiber sensing technology is studied,which can effectively collect the wire strain information and improve the wire defect identification effect.Based on the time domain reflection principle of polarized light,the strain information of carbon fiber composite core wire is collected innovatively by using distributed optical fiber sensing technology.The feature of strain information is extracted by using empirical wavelet transform.By using the improved sparrow search algorithm with adaptive t distribution,the weights of radial basis function neural network are optimized,and the optimal radial basis function neural network structure is determined.The strain information features are clustered according to the proximity principle,and the identification results of wire defects are output.Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively collect the strain information of carbon fiber composite core conductor with or without disturbance,and the anti-interference effect is better.The proposed method can effectively extract and cluster the characteristics of strain information,and accurately identify wire defects.
