摘 要:高校思想政治教育逃遁现象主要缘于“局外人”思想观念的隐匿性、心理观念的漠然性、价值观念的逃遁性,相应形成形式在场、边缘在场、外围出场3种不同现实表征。这一现象与“局外人”受困于自身思想现实、社会思潮的隐性浸染,以及高校思政工作的迟滞呈现等密切相关,对个体身份认同、高校思政建设、国家高质量人才培养战略有效达成均造成一定阻隔。促成高校思想政治教育“局外人”主动向“局内人”转变的重要举措为:提振受教者学习能力,重塑身份认同;完善教师队伍建设,提升教师素质;优化思政工作机制,增强育人实效。The escape phenomenon of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is mainly due to the hidden nature of“outsiders”thoughts and ideas,the indifference of psychological concepts,and the escape of value concepts,which correspondingly form three different reality representations:formal presence,marginal presence,and peripheral presence.This phenomenon is closely related to the fact that“outsiders”are trapped in their own ideological reality,the implicit influence of social trends,and the sluggish presentation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.It has caused certain obstacles to individual identity recognition,ideological and political construction in colleges and universities,and the effective achievement of the national high-quality talent training strategy.The important measures to promote the transformation of“outsiders”in ideological and political education in colleges and universities to“insiders”are boosting the learning ability of learners and reshaping identity recognition;improving the construction of the teaching staff and improving the quality of teachers;optimizing the ideological and political work mechanism and enhancing the effectiveness of education.
