摘 要:从身体哲学视角看,新时代小学班主任的工作幸福感具有深厚的价值意蕴,能够促进自身专业成长,积聚教师核心素养;促进育人价值生成,感染学生一同幸福。然而,小学班主任的工作幸福感却在其身体被“物化”“规训”“捧杀”之下所遮蔽,表现为情绪离析、行为桎梏、陷于道德困囿。澄清小学班主任的工作幸福感,需要立足新时代目标,确保身体的时代化;改善功利与物化,开释身体生存空间;平衡规训与自由,给予身体适度悠然;驱驰师德走向正轨,回归身体砥砺德行。From the perspective of body philosophy,the job satisfaction of primary school class teachers in the new era has profound value implications,which can promote their own professional growth and accumulate teachers core literacy.Promote the generation of educational value and infect students to be happy together.However,the happiness of the primary school class teacher is obscured by the“objectification”,“discipline”and“killing”of his body,which is manifested in emotional separation,behavioral shackles,and moral difficulties.To clarify the happiness of primary school class teachers,it is necessary to base on the goals of the new era and ensure the modernization of the body;improve utilitarianism and materialization,and liberate the living space of the body;balance discipline and freedom,give the body a moderate leisure;drive the teacher s morality to the right track,and return to the body to sharpen virtue.
