摘　　要：抗战之前,在传统与现实共同影响下,图书馆兼负保存古代典籍与器物的使命。民国前期的众多图书馆通过建设附属博物馆机构、开展博物馆学课程、参与田野考古工作以及进行文物征集保管等实践保护了一大批珍贵文物,又通过推介文物考古图书、报道文物考古消息、举办文物展览会等方式传播文物保护知识,推动了近代文物保护事业。Before the outbreak of the Chinese War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,modern Chinese libraries were tasked with the dual mission of preserving ancient texts and artifacts under the influence of both tradition and reality.Many libraries undertook various initiatives by establishing affiliated museum institutions,promoting museum education,participating in field archaeology,as well as collecting and safeguarding ancient artifacts.Through these efforts,they succeeded in protecting a wealth of precious cultural relics.Furthermore,they actively disseminated knowledge about cultural relic conservation by promoting books on cultural relics and archaeology,reporting archaeological news and organizing cultural relic exhibitions,thereby driving forward the cause of the protection of cultural relics in modern China.
