含分布式电源配电网的继电保护方案研究

摘  要:含分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)配电网故障电流的不确定性导致继电保护误动率较高,因此设计一种含DG配电网的继电保护方案。基于DG的出力情况、网络拓扑结构以及实时负荷状态等配电网运行数据,划分配电网的孤岛区域,明确在故障情况下形成的独立供电区域。在此基础上,综合考虑故障电流的传播路径和保护装置的动作逻辑,构建继电保护模型。根据模型分析的结果,制定详细的配电网继电保护方案,以便在故障发生时保护装置能够迅速隔离故障区域,防止故障扩大,从而保障配电网的稳定运行。实验结果表明,含DG配电网的继电保护方案在故障样本中的误动率最小为0.005%,远低于其他方案,证明该继电保护方案在误动率方面表现优异,且具有更高的稳定性和可靠性。相较于其他方案,更有助于减少不必要的停电事故,适用于实际应用。The uncertainty of the fault current of the distribution network with Distributed Generation(DG)leads to the high error rate of relay protection,so a relay protection scheme with DG distribution network is designed.Based on the operation data of the distribution network such as DG output,network topology and real-time load state,the island area of the distribution network is divided,and the independent power supply area formed in the case of fault is defined.On this basis,we comprehensively consider the propagation path of the fault current and the action logic of the protection device.According to the results of the model analysis,a detailed distribution network relay protection scheme is formulated,so that the protection device can quickly isolate the failure area when the fault occurs and prevent the failure expansion,so as to ensure the stable operation of the distribution network.The experimental results show that the misoperation rate of the relay protection scheme with DG distribution network in the fault sample is 0.005%,which is much lower than other schemes,which proves that the relay protection scheme is excellent in misoperation rate and has higher stability and reliability.Compared with other schemes,it is more helpful to reduce unnecessary power failure accidents,and it is suitable for practical applications.
