摘　　要：人类基因组数据具有“大数据”的特征,面临如何管、如何用的问题。本文梳理了人类基因组数据相关政策法规,阐述了人类基因组数据应用面临的问题,分析探讨了人类基因组数据标准化现状和需求,提出了人类基因组数据标准体系的总体框架,以期为推进人类基因组数据的管理和安全利用提供指导。Human genome data has the characteristic of“big data”,facing the problems of“how to manage”and“how to use”.This paper sorts out relevant policies and regulations of human genome data,expounds the problems in the application of human genome data,analyzes and discusses the current situation and needs of standardization of human genome data,and proposes the overall framework of standards system for human genome data,in order to provide guidance on promoting the management and safe utilization of human genome data.
