摘　　要：毛发中毒品检验技术是吸毒检测及毒品管控的重要手段之一,毛发中毒品检验标准是该专业领域规范化、标准化发展的重要保证。国际毛发检毒标准发展起步较早,且以宏观角度的管理性标准为主。国内针对毛发检毒的标准最早制定于2010年,技术标准占比大,通用标准及基础、管理类标准有待完善。本文对国内外毛发检毒领域的相关标准进行综述,探讨二者的主要区别,思考国内毛发检毒标准化发展存在的问题,以期为国内该领域内标准规范的未来发展提供一定程度的借鉴与参考。The examination technology for drug in hair samples is one of the important means for drug testing and drug control,and the standards are an important guarantee for the standardized development of this professional field.The development of international hair testing standards started early,which are mainly management standards of a macro perspective.The standards for hair testing in China were first developed after 2010.There is a large proportion of technical standards,leaving general standards as well as basic and management standards to be improved.This paper reviews relevant standards in the field of hair testing at home and abroad,explores the main differences between the two,and considers the problems in the standardization development of hair testing in China,in order to provide certain reference for the future development of standards and regulations in this field in China.
