P控制图在CMA书面评审标准化中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了验证检验检测机构资质认定行政许可(以下简称“CMA”)书面评审质量是否处于稳定状态,笔者查询文献了解P控制图法在其他领域中的应用方式,结合CMA书面评审工作特点,运用P控制图法,记录书面评审的驳回数据,监测书面评审质量的驳回率波动是否处于可控范围。根据分析结果提出创建智能化申请方式的三点改进建议,进一步提升评审质量。并总结P控制图在CMA书面评审过程的使用优势,确保书面评审工作流程标准化,保证评审结论公正性、权威性。In order to verify whether the quality of the written review of China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval(CMA)is in a stable state,the author has searched literature to understand the application methods of the P chart method in other fields.Combining with the characteristics of CMA’s written review work,the P chart method is used to record the rejection data of written reviews,and to monitor whether the fluctuation of the rejection rate of written review quality is within a controllable range.Based on the analysis results,three improvement suggestions for creating an intelligent application method are proposed to further enhance the quality of evaluation.The paper summarizes the advantages of using the P chart in the written review process of CMA,which ensures the standardization of the written review workflow and the fairness and authority of the review conclusions.
