建筑钢材抽查中不合格项原因分析及预防措施——以山东省级监督抽检情况为例

摘　　要：为了解建筑钢材质量情况,探究发生原因和预防措施,本文统计了2021年至2023年山东省市场监督管理局组织开展的建筑钢材监督抽检(省级抽检)情况,分析发现共有23批次产品不合格,主要不合格项目为重量偏差、尺寸、金相组织、力学性能和化学成分。针对不合格项目对产品质量带来的影响和产生的原因进行分析研究,并从优化工艺过程控制、加强实验室能力建设、严格落实出厂检验、强化监督抽查、加强宣传引导等方面提出防控措施,对建筑钢材生产、销售和监管有一定的指导意义。In order to understand the quality of building steels,explore the causes and preventive measures,this paper summarizes the supervision and sampling(spot check at provincial level)of building steels organized by the Shandong Administration for Market Regulation from 2021 to 2023.It is found that a total of 23 batches of products are unqualified.The main unqualified items are weight deviation,sizes,metallographic structures,mechanical properties,and chemical composition.The paper analyzes and studies the impact on product quality and causes of non-conforming items,and proposes prevention and control measures on aspects of optimizing process control,strengthening laboratory capacity building,strictly implementing factory inspection,reinforcing supervision and spot checks,and improving publicity and guidance,which is of certain guiding significance for the production,sales,and supervision of building steels.
