摘 要:本文采用平板培养法和高通量测序技术全面解析冬季中国不同城市家用洗碗机微生物的群落结构。结果表明,基于可培养技术共分离获得245株微生物菌种,涵盖56个属。优势菌属主要有芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、埃希氏杆菌属(Escherichia)、纤维芽孢杆菌属(Cytobacillus)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、青霉属(Penicillium)、假丝酵母属(Candida)等。通过高通量测序,发现洗碗机中物种多样性和群落丰富度较高,不同城市洗碗机样品微生物群落结构有一定差异,本研究为定向筛选洗碗机中优势微生物资源奠定基础,为洗碗机抗菌、抑菌评价试验的标准菌株开发提供了数据支撑。In this paper,plate culture method and high-throughput sequencing technology were used to analyze the microbial community structure of household dishwashers in different cities in China in winter.In result,a total of 245 strains,covering 56 genera,were isolated based on culturable techniques.The dominant bacteria genera are mainly Bacillus,Escherichia,Cytobacillus,Aspergillus,Penicillium,and Candida.Through high-throughput sequencing,it was found that the species diversity and community richness of dishwashers were high,and the microbial community structure of dishwashers samples in different cities was different to some extent.This study laid a foundation for the targeted screening of dominant microbial resources in dishwashers,and provided data support for the development of standard strains for antibacterial and bacteriological evaluation tests of dishwashers.
