“标准化+一体化”双模式护理管理在呼吸心跳骤停患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨“标准化+一体化”双模式护理管理在呼吸心跳骤停患者救治中的应用效果,旨在提高救治成功率,降低并发症发生率,并优化整体护理质量。方法:于2020年至2023年间,在甘肃省白银市中心医院进行了一项前瞻性、单中心、随机对照研究。纳入标准为院内发生RCA且需进行心肺复苏的成年患者,共350例,按照1∶1比例随机分为实验组(n=175)和对照组(n=175)。实验组采用“标准化+一体化”双模式护理管理,对照组给予常规护理干预。两组患者均接受为期30天的随访。结果:实验组患者的救治成功率显著高于对照组。并发症方面,实验组出现低血压、心动过速等并发症的比例明显低于对照组。结论:本研究结果显示,“标准化+一体化”双模式护理管理在RCA患者救治中具有显著优势,能够有效提升救治成功率,降低并发症发生率,建议在临床实践中推广实施。Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized+integrated dual mode nursing management in the treatment of patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest,in order to improve the success rate of treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and optimize the overall quality of nursing.Methods:A prospective,single-center,randomized controlled study was conducted in the Baiyin Central Hospital of Gansu Province from 2020 to 2023.The inclusion criteria were adult patients with RCA in hospital requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).A total of 350 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=175)and the control group(n=175)according to 1∶1 ratio.The experimental group received standardized+integrated dual mode nursing management,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.Both groups were followed up for 30 days.Results:The success rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In terms of complications,the proportion of hypotension and tachycardia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The results of this study show that standardized+integrated dual mode nursing management has significant advantages in the treatment of RCA patients,can effectively improve the success rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of complications,which is recommended to promote and implement in clinical practice.
