标准化程序护理在急诊ECMO治疗急性心肌梗死患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化程序护理在急诊ECMO治疗急性心肌梗死患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年9月至2023年9月在山东大学齐鲁医院进行体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的患者68例。68例患者根据护理方式的不同进行分组,采用常规护理方法的34例患者分为对照组,采用标准化程序护理方法的34例患者分为研究组。对比两组患者在进行手术之前准备工作的耗费时间、心功能(LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF)、术后生活质量以及对护理满意程度。结果:研究组术前准备时间短于对照组,进行干预后研究组左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径均低于对照组、左室射血分数高于对照组。干预后,研究组患者生活质量高于对照组。研究组患者对护理满意程度高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化程序护理在急诊ECMO治疗急性心肌梗死患者中可以提高护理质量,促进团队协作,保障患者安全,从而改善患者的治疗效果加快康复进程。Objective:To explore the application value of standardized procedure nursing in emergency ECMO treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 68 patients who were admitted to the Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from September 2022 to September 2023 for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)for acute myocardial infarction(AMI)were adopted and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods with 34 patients in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the study group used standardized procedure nursing methods.The time spent on pre-operative preparation,cardiac function(LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF),postoperative quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The preoperative preparation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the study group was higher than that in the control group.After the intervention,the quality of life of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The satisfaction level of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized procedure nursing in emergency ECMO treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the quality of nursing,promote teamwork,ensure patients’safety,and thus improve the treatment effect of patients and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
