摘　　要：目的:分析心脏机械瓣膜置换术患者术后抗凝治疗期间采取标准化管理的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院南充医院心脏机械瓣膜置换术干预的68例患者,基于随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组,两组患者术后常规抗凝治疗,对照组采取常规管理干预,观察组采取标准化管理干预,评价两组患者对抗凝治疗的认知率、不良事件及生活质量。结果:观察组认知率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良事件率比对照组低,P<0.05;观察组术后SF-36评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在心脏机械瓣膜置换术治疗后的抗凝治疗期间,采取标准化管理将提高患者对抗凝治疗的认知水平,降低患者术后不良事件的发生风险,并提升其生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized management during postoperative anticoagulant therapy in patients with mechanical heart valve replacement.Methods:A total of 68 patients undergoing mechanical heart valve replacement intervention in Nanchong Hospital,Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on random drawing method.The patients in the two groups received routine postoperative anticoagulation treatment.The control group received routine management intervention,and the observation group received standardized management intervention.The awareness rate of anticoagulant therapy,adverse events and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The recognition rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The adverse event rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;Postoperative SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:During anticoagulant therapy after mechanical heart valve replacement,standardized management can improve patients’cognition of anticoagulant therapy,reduce the risk of postoperative adverse events,and improve their quality of life.
