摘  要:基于2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,文章实证分析了数字经济对就业质量的影响。结果表明,数字经济发展显著提升了劳动力就业质量,其贡献度超过传统经济。异质性分析发现,数字经济发展对中低学历劳动者就业质量的提升作用更大且更显著;对农村劳动力就业质量的促进作用强于城镇劳动力,有助于城乡融合发展。研究还发现数字经济显著提高了劳动力的薪资待遇、社会保障和权益保障水平,降低了工作强度,并扩大了不同学历劳动者之间的薪资待遇差异,缩小了社会保障与权益保障差异。因此,应充分发挥数字经济的积极作用,推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合,促进高质量就业。Based on the data from the 2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),this study empirically examines the impact of digital economy on employment quality.The results indicate that the development of digital economy significantly improves the employment quality of the labor force,making a greater contribution than the traditional economy.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the digital economy has a more significant effect on the promotion of the employment quality of workers with lower and medium educational levels.It also shows that the digital economy has a greater positive impact on the promotion of the employment quality of rural workers than that of urban workers,which is conducive to promoting urban-rural integration.The categorical regression analysis indicates that the digital economy significantly increases the levels of wages,social security and rights protection of the labor force,while reducing work intensity.It widens the wage gap between workers with different educational backgrounds,but narrows the disparities in social security and rights protection.Therefore,it is essential to fully leverage the positive role of the digital economy,push forward the full integration of digital economy and real economy,and empower high-quality employment.
