预应力孔道压浆程度和波纹管材料对超声波层析成像的影响分析

摘  要:为研究压浆程度和波纹管材料这2个因素对超声波层析成像检测预应力孔道压浆密实度精度的影响。首先,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,建立双孔预应力孔道混凝土结构的有限元分析模型;其次,分析了这2个因素对应力波传播的影响;再次,提取应力波初至时间,并应用超声波层析成像算法对其进行成像;最后,研究了这2个因素对超声波层析成像精度的影响。研究结果表明:当波纹管材料为金属时,缺陷处成像与背景成像区分度不明显,导致较难识别管道内的缺陷;当波纹管材料为塑料时,压浆程度为0的与压浆程度为50%的缺陷成像区分度较差,而压浆程度为100%时的与压浆程度为50%时的区分度较好,并可通过波速图的缺陷成像大小和颜色深度判断缺陷位置和缺陷程度。To study the influence of grouting degree and corrugated pipe material on the accuracy of ultrasonic tomographic imaging in detecting the compaction density of prestressed ductby finite element simulation.Firstly,based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,the finite element analysis model of double-hole prestressed concrete structure is established.Secondly,the influence of the two factors on the propagation of stress wave is analyzed.Thirdly,when the first arrival of the stress wave is extracted,the ultrasonic tomography algorithm is used to image it.Finally,the influence of the two factors on the accuracy of ultrasonic tomography is studied.The results indicate that when the corrugated pipe material is metal,the differentiation between defect imaging and background imaging is not evident,making it difficult to identify defects within the duct.However,when the corrugated pipe material is plastic,the differentiation between 0 and 50%grouting degree defect imaging is poor,while the differentiation between 100%and 50%grouting degree defect imaging is pronounced.The defect location and defect degree can be judged by the defect imaging size and color depth of the wave velocity image.
