摘 要:针对目前刀剪磨削机床角度控制轴(A轴)传动精度低及难以实现多轴联动控制的问题,依据刀剪端面磨削工艺特点,构建出一种数控机床四轴坐标系,进行A轴机械控制机构设计,进而开发配套的数控系统,设计了A轴角度计算功能和砂轮磨损补偿功能等模块,实现A轴与机床X、Y、Z轴的四轴联动精密控制。生产实践验证,新型A轴控制系统可靠保证了刀剪磨削加工的角度精度和力矩要求,平均无故障工作时间达到30000h,刀剪的表面粗糙度达到Ra0.2μm,生产效率比现有的三轴数控磨床提高30%以上。Aiming at the problems of grinding machine that it is difficult to realize multi-axis linkage control and low transmission precision of angle control mechanism(A-axis),according to the process characteristics of face grinding for scissors,a fouraxis coordinate system of CNC machine tool was constructed,the A-axis mechanical control mechanism have been designed,then exploiting the mating NC control system,the modules of A-axis angle calculation and the wear compensation of grinding wheel were designed,four-axis linkage control between A and X、Y、Z axis have been achieved.By the producing practice,the angle precision and torque of grinding for scissors are ensured based on new A-axis control system,the mean time between failures reached 30000h,the surface roughness of scissors reached Ra0.2,production efficiency is more than 30%higher than 3-axis NC grinding machine.
