摘 要:针对目前旱田后期田间大草除草现状、存在的问题及人们对绿色无公害农产品的需求,设计了基于人工拔草原理的一种旱田大草除草机构。介绍了旱田大草除草机构结构参数、关键部件配置和工作原理,并根据大草分禾导流、拔除、输送和粉碎等部件空间布局覆盖目标空间得到除草机构结构最优布局和关键部件最优参数;对除草机构除草行程进行分析,确定前进速度与大草拔除和运输速度的匹配关系。该除草机构结构简单、工作效率高,填补了大草除草设备的空白。In view of the present situation,existing problems and people's demand for green and pollution-free agricultural products,A kind of weeding mechanism based on artificial weeding principle was designed.The structure parameters,key components configuration and working principle of the herbicides in dry land were introduced,the optimal layout of the structure and the optimal parameters of the key components of the weeding mechanism were obtained by covering the target space with the spatial layout of the components such as the diversion,pulling,conveying and crushing of the grass,and the weeding stroke of the weeding mechanism was analyzed,the matching relation between the advance speed and the speed of weeding and transporting is determined,and the weeding mechanism has simple structure and high working efficiency,which fills the gap of weeding equipment.
