摘　　要：针对当前叶菜类机械化收获存在收割对象单一、收割效率低、铺放乱序、损伤率高等问题,结合不同叶菜物理特性及不同叶菜收割方式,设计了一种叶菜收割装置,采用模块化设计,轮距可调、割刀高度可调,通过更换或调整不同装置实现对地上小叶菜进行散叶收割、浅层入土叶菜切根收割、浅层入土块根类蔬菜收割;重点设计了装置模块组合的结构形式、小叶菜散叶收割滑切式割刀结构参数、柔性拨禾辊结构参数和材料选择,使叶菜收割装置做到一机多用、一机多能,满足蔬菜种植户收割低投入、低损伤、高质量、高效益的设计要求。At present,there are some problems in mechanized harvesting of leaf vegetables,such as single harvesting object,low harvesting efficiency,disorderly spreading and high damage rate,Combining different leaf vegetables physical characteristics and different leaf vegetables harvesting methods,Designed a leaf vegetable harvesting device,which adopts Modular design,adjustable wheel pitch,adjustable cutter height,by changing or adjusting different devices to achieve the above-ground leafy vegetables for loose-leaf harvesting,shallow soil-cut leafy vegetables harvesting,shallow soil-block root vegetables harvesting;The structural form of the unit module combination,the structural parameters of the sliding cutting knife for the loose-leaf harvesting of leafy vegetables,the structural parameters of the flexible potting roller and the selection of the material are emphatically designed,the leaf vegetable harvesting device can be multi-purpose and multi-function,which meets the design requirements of low input,low damage,high quality and high benefit for vegetable growers.
