摘  要:拖拉机轻量化设计可以减轻拖拉机的整体负荷,改善机械结构的刚度和强度,提高其工作性能和使用寿命。同时,减少车辆自重也有利于提高拖拉机的操控性和稳定性,增加操作者的舒适度和安全性。通过分析当前拖拉机底盘结构存在的问题,主要包括重量过大、不利于节能减排、影响操控性等方面,系统阐述轻量化设计中使用优化结构设计、选用轻量化材料、降低零部件数量等方法,通过结合实例分析了采用轻量化设计技术后拖拉机底盘在性能、安全性和经济性等方面的改进和优势,展望了轻量化设计在拖拉机制造领域的发展前景。Tractor lightweight design can reduce the overall load of the tractor,improve the stiffness and strength of the mechanical structure,and improve its working performance and service life.At the same time,reducing the vehicle deadweight is also conducive to improving the maneuverability and stability of the tractor,increasing the comfort and safety of the operator.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current tractor chassis structure,mainly including excessive weight,not conducive to energy saving and emission reduction,affecting the handling,etc.,and systematically elaborates on the use of optimized structural design,selection of lightweight materials,reducing the number of parts and components,etc.,and analyzes the improvement and advantages of the tractor chassis in the aspects of performance,safety and economy after the adoption of the lightweight design technology with the combination of examples.It also looks forward to the development prospect of lightweight design in the field of tractor manufacturing.
