省域农业科研院所协同发展政策制度需求与体系建设研究

摘　　要：随着科技兴国工作的深入开展,我国农业科研机构得到了快速发展,从农业领域发展来看,农业科研院所为农业品种、技术、机械产品等方面作出了积极贡献。为进一步提升农业科研院所作用,从省域农业科研院所协同发展角度,分析了科研院所区域协同发展的研究现状与实践情况,说明了省域农业科研院所协同发展过程的政策制度需求,并为相关体系建设提供建议。With the deepening of the work of revitalizing the country through science and technology,China's agricultural research institutions have experienced rapid development.From the perspective of agricultural development,agricultural research institutions have made positive contributions to agricultural varieties,technology,mechanical products,and other aspects.In order to further enhance the role of agricultural research institutes,this paper analyzes the research status and practical situation of regional collaborative development of research institutes from the perspective of collaborative development of provincial agricultural research institutes,explains the policy and institutional requirements for the collaborative development process of provincial agricultural research institutes,and provides suggestions for the construction of relevant systems.
