摘 要:采用水热炭法制备碳包覆钒钛磁铁矿,在温度分别为600℃、700℃、800℃、900℃、1000℃、1100℃及CO气氛中恒温2 h,研究碳包覆矿粉的还原情况,分析还原后物质的形貌及物相组成。结果表明,碳包覆能够提高钒钛磁铁矿的还原程度,即能够提高还原后的金属化率,碳的存在既能发生气化反应有利于磁铁矿的还原,也能抑制钒钛磁铁矿还原过程中铁晶须的生长。Carbon-coated vanadium titanium magnetite magnetite was prepared by hydrothermal carbon method.The samples were heated at 600℃,700℃,800℃,900℃,1000℃and 1100℃for 2 hours in CO atmosphere,the reduction of carbon-coated ore powder was studied,and its morphology and phase composition were analyzed.The results show that the reduction degree of vanadium titanium magnetite can be improved by carbon coating,and the metallization rate after reduction can be increased,it can also inhibit the growth of iron whisker during the reduction of vanadium titanium magnetite.
