摘  要:通过对650 MPa轻量化轮辋用钢冷裂纹敏感指数、焊接CCT曲线的研究,对热模拟焊接接头不同冷却速度的组织和硬度的检测分析,制定下游用户轮辋焊接工艺,并对焊接热影响区进行研究。研究表明:650 MPa轻量化轮辋用钢焊接淬硬性小,钢材易焊接。The cold crack sensitivity index and welding CCT curve of 650 MPa steel for lightweight wheel rim was studied,the microstructures and hardnesses of the thermal simulated welded joints at different cooling rates were analyzed,the welding processes of the wheel rim for downstream user was formulated,and the heat affect zone was analyzed as well.Research shows that 650 MPa steel for lightweight wheel rim has low hardenability and good weldability.
