摘  要:高炉悬料是炼铁生产中的常见事故,处理不当可能会引起高炉长期不顺、炉凉甚至炉缸冻结等重大生产事故。对高炉形成悬料的机理进行分析,详细描述了高炉上部悬料、中部悬料、下部悬料、炉冷悬料、炉热悬料形成的原因、特征以及处理手段,并提出了预防悬料的措施。当高炉发生悬料征兆时,操作者要及时、准确地做出判断,采取对应的措施,避免高炉恶性悬料事故的发生。Suspended material in blast furnace is a common accident in iron-making production.Improper handling may cause major production accidents such as long-term malfunctionurnace cooling,and even furnace hearth freezing.Starting from the definition of suspended material,this article analyzes the mechanism of suspended material formation in blast furnaces,and provides a detailed description of the causes,characteristics,and treatment measures of suspended material formation in the upper,middle,lower,cold,and hot parts of blast furnaces,and proposes measures to prevent suspended materials.Finally,it is pointed out that when there are signs of suspended material in the blast furnace,the blast furnace operator should make accurate judgments and take effective measures quickly based on the causes of suspended material to avoid the occurrence of malignant suspended material accidents.
